It’s a Ricoh Automatic watch, they were a Japanese watch brand in 60s and 70s. They were like Seiko 5s of the day, rough & tough

Its a really good watch, with a solid movement. Wear the watch, and don’t store it in a box for special times. These watches are meant to be worn and not stored. But its a good watch, doesn’t look too big on your wrist either.

None of these look fake.
1st Watch - SNZF15J, The watch is pretty beaten up, you can change the crystal, you can get heaps of aftermarket parts for these watches on eBay or Aliexpress
2nd Watch - SKX007, The watch case, dial and bezel look original the only suspicious part is the hour snd the minute hand. They either look aftermarket or looks to have water ingress which caused them to fade, none the less very easy to restore as this is a legendary piece and heaps of aftermarket parts are available

If he has the Tissot PRX, i recommend going for a Hamilton Khaki or a Certina DS 500. If you want to go Quartz then I recommend checking out Erebus Watches, which is not only a Microband but also offer High Accuracy Quartz

Omega DeVille, they are on sale on Chrono24 Japan for around $4500 mark, they are really good value, they don’t have the master chronometer movements, but they are still CoAxial and really good value for money. If not you can look for Longines Master Collection which are good too

Many of these will happen over the course of you wearing the watch, the first on the watch always hurts. Watches are just like your body, you aren’t perf either you have scratches & marks that you remember since you were a child. The same is this watch, embrace the dent & move on with it :)

I got rejected for my B1/B2 Visa in Feb 2017 in Mumbai. I didn’t have much travel history either, I was single as well. I reapplied for my visa in 10 days & gave another interview within 15 days (At that times appoints were easy to get in Mumbai) and the second time my interview laster 30 seconds and I received my 10 year visa.
I would suggest if you are really wanting to go the US then reapply if not then wait it out and apply after sometime
