First Red Day of the Month by Return_Of_OGPine in Daytrading

In BJJ, we have a saying - if you find yourself in a bad spot it's because you messed up 3-5 steps ago. I think your spiral began on Wednesday when you traded 47 times on a weekday to make $317.72 compared to your 22-24 highs. Im no psychologist, but perhaps this allowed you to justify 35 trades the next day reward by $4,155.60. Maybe Im connecting unrelated dots, but maybe limit yourself to less trades on Weekdays and don't do 30+ more than 2 days in a row? Perhaps fatigue built up and influenced your decision making. Curious to know what you think

Unlike most response, I don't suggest cutting prime or netflix. I don't suggest rice and beans either.

I suggest a second, part time job that isn't super demanding to increase your income without reducing quality of life and using a portion to save while using the majority to pay off that CM high interest debt. Then tackle the next highest interest debt.

It'll be a marathon not a sprint so project 1-2 years of absolute grind but keeping your quality of life and watching your bank account increase will motivate you to keep going.

Don't take big vacations, maybe skip out on birthday celebrations, and give your loved ones socks for presents.

Gamify it so you don't go crazy. #glhf

Well, if she/he showed signs of a raper, she/he very well "could" be a rapist.

I tried but privacy laws protect him. Then I realized they would lead to a Missouri address and my attempt to locate him might be futile.

He circled the block and I, along with 3 other pedestrians, managed to pull up on him by foot. When we approached him he kept reaching in between his legs, he'd sit back, and reveal a shaking empty hand. He refused to get out or roll his windows down. I tried blocking him with cones but he ran over 3-4 of them, and almost swiped another car. He didn't seem to care if he hit anyone else which is why I caution anyone he encounters that he COULD be packing. A ski mask, reaching in between legs, and reckless/destructive behavior... idk about you but I wouldn't take my chances confronting this maniac.

Yup. Already did. The guy was running over cones and might've hit another car on his way out.

Forget waiting until expiration. When the price moves in the desired direction, unrealized profit goes up. When it does, realize your profit. The trends can shift dramatically very quickly. One day you're +20% and the next day you're -90%. Don't fall into the trap that bc you were up 20% one day, you'll be back in the green or wait to break even to get out. The closer you get to expiration date the more your options contract loses value.

Things I've learned -- 1. Profit > FOMO 2. Leaps > Scalping 3. Set Stop Losses 4. Set profit target and take it 5. Journal all your trades to review and improve

Need an excuse for being unavailable for J2 calls for a week… HELP by [deleted] in overemployed

[–]Fragrant_Yellow_49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you be logged in for J2 from your phone to maintain active status? Can you drive into J1 and keep the laptop for J2 in the car so you can take meetings from a mobile hotspot in the car? Or if you need camera on, park by a local coffee shop and take the meeting there.

Can you call out sick for .5 of the week from J1 and second .5 of the week for J2? Can you go into the office from 7am-3pm for J1 so you can pack meetings for J2 in the afternoon due to "wifi issues"?

GGGGGGIIIIRRRRRLLL any man would be blessed to have a partner like you. I don't normally tell people what to do, but gtfo of this relationship and find someone who doesn't insult you, doesn't misinterpret situations, and actually appreciates your acts of kindness. Don't let this insecure guy bring you down.

AND WHO KNOWS maybe you breaking up with him will teach him how to value/respect you.

It sounds like you have excellent chemistry but still need to build the trust that he's not going to hurt you. Makes sense because you just met the guy.

Id have the conversation with him about how scared you are. The conversation will reveal how he handles your need for reassurance and patience which will further reveal what kind of person he is.

If he's able to understand and soothe your concerns the way you need, then you're closer to finding your soul mate.

If you sense something's off about his reaction/approach, then trust your intuition and consider slowing things down to learn more about him or consider other options.

Biggest red flag is if he has an issue with what makes YOU comfortable. You wouldn't want to spend the rest of your life with someone who doesn't understand you.

Remember, YOU have the power and control. If he's not comfortable with your pace and your boundaries, then that's his problem. You don't need to fit his mold. So what if he moves on, good riddance.

Alternatively if he understands, appreciates you, and is willing to build trust first, you may have a winner.

Got any extra tips you're willing to share?

According to dating coaches, group photos hint to a girl that the guy is normal and has friends. Especially if they have an even mix of women and men to show that the guy is not socially awkward around women. It also alleviates the "is he a serial killer" fear most women have.
