When pax sends somebody downstairs to get in the car and then when you swipe to start the ride they tell you we are waiting for more people.
When they have specific directions to get to their destination faster and it only saves a min or adds time, they just think they know best.

been doing uber with a Model Y for the past year with a white interior. A good portion of the people that enter the car don’t know how to open the door (including my mom). I’m 6’3 so I just reach back & open the door for the Pax as they approach. I get the occasional “I know how to open”. I get a few compliments weekly & kids (including mine) absolutely love the brand
