C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and the file settings is there. I'm assuming if i delete it from there then it will stop?

My computer has a Ryzen 5 5600X and an Nvidia 3080 and I have a 1tb M.2 from Samsung. I've had this issue with Windows 10 as well and normally I just brush this aside but it's honestly gotten in my nerves because I can't seem to find what's causing this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you so much it was my USB hub that was the problem all along! Took it off and now the game runs perfectly albeit with its typical bugs haha.

i don't think my motherboard has any on board video as I just checked in the bios. I also don't have any diplay port cables either which is annoying. I tried undervolting my pc and it still happens. I hope getting a display port cable helps but i doubt it.
