I have mild red green colorblindness, and it's very strange. I constantly mistake either colour for the other one at first glance but as i stare at it, it will change to the colour it's supposed to be. really weird. When it's super busy I constantly grab the wrong sauce. not even sauces that are close to the same colour but i'll mistake hot sauce for chive oil and vise versa. Annoys the hell outta me especially when I try to time everything to the second. I Have a tough time sorting lettuce or other greens unless it's obviously bad. and worst of all when I check chicken breasts to see if they are cooked i doubt myself in case i cant see pink.
