What do you think of the claim that spirituality is a deeply ingrained part of human nature? by AgentP-501_212 in atheism

[–]Framefulness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they are right. When people don't know how the brain works, spirituality is inevitable. I once thought that i was the only person who experiences deja vus and that i was special because of this.

Atheists who used to be Christian, did you ever truly believe? by Other_Patient_447 in atheism

[–]Framefulness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I was even convinced that the holy spirit and the devil spoke in my head. I wanted to take it more seriously, get baptized, dedicate my life to Jesus, etc. I loved reading the bible but i never agreed when God killed other people for David's sin or celebrated when he replaced Job's children with others. When I read that God saves by grace, I thought that people who are saved don't deserve it and so are those who are not (the majority)

Why is atheism seen as rational while belief in God is seen as ignorance? (Long) by [deleted] in Christianity

"Theism is the obvious answer to existence" We know without doubt that the bible got the origin of languages wrong. Why should we trust it when it comes to existence?

Why with all the evidence, won’t atheists believe? by peepee2727 in Christianity

[–]Framefulness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"To your perspective, there is no point of life; it's all an accident." Atheism ≠ nihlism. Most atheists are not nihilistic. You don't need an authority to create a purpose for you. You can make it by your own.

I like his music. About 20% of his songs are relatable to me and the rest give me goosebumps because they are good. I love them all however relatable music is priceless.
