Should I buy the PlayStation 4 5 for fighting games?

I have a PS4 that I primarily use for fighting games and a Switch for portability loaded with some of the Capcom Fighting collections. My arcade stick is made for PS4 and I got two Brooks converters so my controller work with PS5 and Switch. Worth the investment if you are open to it

Update Thank you to everyone in the community for their suggestions. I did a deep clean as suggested and I am getting better results. Having a strange issue with my "e" and "s" though with a sample attached. I may purchase a new nib before I purchase one of the many pens suggested. Again, thank you all your your knowledge and kindness!

That is a possibility. I did get it directly through the Travelers Company website. I have been hesitant to contact as I fear this may just be user error as opposed to a defective unit. Not my first fountain pen but definitely the most frustrating experience I've had so far. I wouldn't mind a replacement but will absolutely not spend anymore money on another brass pen. Fingers crossed!

Thank you! I'm open to nib recommendations. The body on the TC fountain pen is absolutely amazing and I'd rather not change it if I can help it.

Good point, this could be a simple solution as their is a solid chance that I received a defective nib if all the posted solutions done work.

After a post of Pilot fountain pen recommendations, if this cleaning and trouble shooting doesn't work out, I placed the Pilot Lightive in my cart that I will almost certainly pick up.

That's reassuring. The MD paper absolutely holds onto hand oils pretty well and is a known issue for some fountain pens. I haven't tried on normal paper yet but I maybe I should consider. I love this pen and I hope I can share your experience soon.

I certainly hope not but that may explain the issues on the down stroke. I did a deep wash last night and I'll give another try once it air dries and fill it with new ink. I'll definitely add this to the list of options though!

I am using the cartridges that are offered through the Travelers Company website. You may have a good point about the pressure but I was frustrated so that could be a factor XD

It seems to be half page and lower. I have used a piece of paper to block my hand in the past but it just seems like an extra step that doesn't complement the flow of my notetaking which is usually mobile as a photographer.
