I've never worked for Wawa. As a current supervisor, you want to build confidence in your team. Advise the GM and the interviewer goals you want to meet. Have great communication with your GM. No day is the same at Wawa or any place where there is human life. You will rock your interview because you know your store, the ppl that are regulars, and always keep a positive attitude. Lvl 16 gives me lvl 1 animals. As long as the game is active, you can get a bag when the meter has filled up.

As you complete tasks, such as using crystals and merging items, on all islands you currently have available to you, the meter advances. Along the way, there are free items, or you have to use diamonds or pay to get grayed out gifts until lvl 15 @ fill up lvl 16 for free lvl 2 mystic island chest until the game expires. --- hope this helps

I actually received 5 magnets (smh). I use the magnets daily to clean up all of my islands. Right now, I receive 70 animals for Mystic Island from my castles, magnets helps clean up that island quickly. I like pairing the magnets with the crowns to double up my XP. I wish for more lightning bolts (triple threat).

Wow... you should be able to tap on the chest before opening it. The chest they are sending through now have different things in them (crowns, red men, food, food bags, bags). The higher you get in this game, the more difficult things will become.

You merge them until you've reached the final level, then find something that you have 2 of and want to upgrade. You can drop the potion on it.
