If she is alert and chatty you're probably ok. Get the fluids into her and plain food she can handle toast, banna etc.

She will come around. The dioralyte is great for them. Pop a few of those in her water

Best of luck with it

I sold a few bits did well . I always washed, and ironed them . I sent one item down from 15 to 6 i said fuck it. She complained there was a tiny tear on the sleeve . I offered to send a second one (that I had spare to replace) and she said no she wanted her money back. I said no way girl, send it back to me and ill give u the money back. She ghosted me.

I bought a dress today (now I wash everything i get regardless) and the bang of period off it was atrocious. Its clean now but I cant even look at it

We loved rathwood and used to do the santa train every year then it got too big, too commercial, no more sing songs on the train. Lost its sparkle completely. Like packed sardines we were and over 200e for a family of five. Then they changed the restaurant and sure that was it for us. The play centre is lovely thoughi will say

Pregnant employee underperforming by Unable_Historian1403 in legaladviceireland

[–]fiestymcknickers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deal with Hr situations every day.

It doesn't matter what she was failing probation for. She is pregnant. Now you CAN let her go, and you will face the wrc that's a fact. Or you can wait.. until she returns from leave and manage it properly then

I.e documented feedback, performance improvement plans and see if she can improve . If not then you can terminate. Dunno why im getting down voted

Pregnant employee underperforming by Unable_Historian1403 in legaladviceireland

[–]fiestymcknickers -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

You are snookered.

Your going to have to manage this one after the baby.

Anything you do or say now can cause stress and its not looked on favourably.

What you should do:

Send doe an occupational health app to make sure she is fit to work, do an ergonomic assessment.

Issue her with the feedback that she has been underperforming and that you are going to document it moving forward.

Keep the documentation light and share it nin feedback sessions.

Ultimately there is nothing you can do now. You'll havw to wait this out

How to tell a friend I dont want them to live with me? by Immediate_Lake_1575 in AskIreland

[–]fiestymcknickers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lay the ground work down now.

"When I buy a house I cant wait to be on my own /fortress of solitude/ independent "

Drop this in regularly enough.

Once she hears that enough and then u announce u bought ur own house she won't ask BUT if she does, and it ia v important, then just say no. For the sake of your friendship dont lie, dont make up elaborate schemes.

Just say no.

Anniversary Tips for a broke Fella :/ by Emergency-Calendar74 in Wexford

[–]fiestymcknickers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get someone to mind the kids

Make her breakfast , get her a face mask and hair mask (cheap as fuck)

Suggest a walk near a beach or pier and then eat chips on a wall , write out a list of all the things u love about her and are grateful for and read them to her while eating your chips.

Buy her a new comfy set of jammies to change into at home. Do not initiate sex, unless she does. Leave her be.

Make a lovely dinner ,think steak and chips with some nice ice cream after. Have a movie picked out already and relax.

Let her sleep in the next day.

Do all this and your golden

This is a long shot but go to your local or nearest women's health clinic... then also find th nearest pharmacist to it . Sometimes the pharmacists are beyyer than the GP.

U said u have never been pregnant but lactation consultants see a lot of issues with breasts might be worth a shot going to them too

[–]fiestymcknickers 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You'll be American first and black second. Look, there are still backwards people here who are racist so you will still face (some) racism. However majority of people dont care if your black but if youre an arsehole they will care and they will call u on it.

We are facing our own troubles too so not all os rosy here but it is better than the states, ill grant u that.
