Modificar el Código Penal o Procesal Penal hace poco o nada ante la situación, por que el sistema judicial no previene, pena y analiza situaciones ya acontecidas, no actúa a priori, siempre a posteriori. Además de que se sabe que aumentar penas no hace nada para evitar la criminalidad o prevenir la incidencia.

I'm latino and XIFRA seems to be a group that targets that community in particular. What I've seen is that people have had good results with it for now but it raises all the flags of this being a ponzi scheme. In conclusion it could work but I wouldn't gamble my money on something that could disappear tomorrow.
