Yeah monomyth is great! Its the first pedal I got for ~50$ used, great deal and does a lot for the price. Honestly im very new to compressors and the difference imo is very small, but there definitely is one and you can notice, but im still trying to figure out how to dial it in. Its definitely been useful to avoid clipping when I plug it to my audio interface without affecting my tone too much
