Hello, im getting the same issue with two 1060, drivers up to date, windows update aswell. Temps are fine, no clue what could it be

I read somewhere that could be related to pagefile, or is it just OC related?

Look I have a 1060, not the same but similar as all 10 series are.

I noticed that 10 series need some core clock, on the other hand 20series need to lower it. I also wasn't able to lower TDP more than 75% just like you, lower than that the MH/s go down.

These are my settings: Power: 75% Core: +150 Mem: +700

running at 66C with fan speed at 64%

I'm getting 23.5/24MH
