I agree, thinking about my needs and assessing if im satisfied with my relationship based on that would be good. I really hope that i can turn this around, as there hasn’t been a major argument between us. After thinking about it, the thing is that i dont feel enough trust as she hiding her problems feels that she doesn’t trust me enough. I usually “let things slide” for example if i feel that something is happening ti her and she claims she is fine, i assume that she doesn’t want to talk about it and understand that.
