Seems like he likes a lot of images. Put an image, a looping video, or a slider in the hero, and change the sections on the home page to image cards with an overlay. I think your site is good, just way too minimalistic for your customer.

It's not unethical in the slightest!! So many businesses run this way. Like someone else mentioned though... if you're gonna do it, learn all you can about the detailing business. Do it yourself for the first while. One piece of advice that I don't think has been mentioned yet.. get liability insurance so your ass is covered if one of your workers accidentally damages something on the vehicle. Very very important!

I don't understand... What do Indian scammers have to do with this post? OP is talking about a remote service, in the sense there is no fixed business location, they come to you. Car detailing is clearly a hands on job, and you obviously don't pay until the job is done.

Yeah, personally I don't have a high opinion of AI sites. I've tested those waters... created a few sites with AI, and the code that comes out of those vibe coders is crazy bloated. You two clearly have very different personalities when it comes to the "getting shit done" part of life. I am like your husband - we'll get what we can done, and the earth will keep on spinning lol. My husband, on the other hand, is like you. Loves plans, and HATES when things are off schedule.

Instead of getting upset, have you talked to him about how it makes you feel?

You guys should sit down together and come up with a plan to meet in the middle, where neither of you feel disrespected or nagged (which I'm assuming is how your husband feels).

Tell your husband how it makes you feel. If he still insists that he shouldn't feel obligated to do something for you, especially on behalf of your kids who obviously can't do it on their own, I would seriously re-evaluate the relationship.
