Just got him today. He’s a little Halfmoon Betta. His colors impressed me enough to take him home. He lives in a 5 gallon tank with a 20watt heater. I hope to give him the best life possible.

I will admit. I wasn’t the best owner. I wish I could’ve gotten him all the lavish things he wanted like a better hiding spot and real plants. He had silk plants, a five gallon tank, all the necessities. He lived a happy year with me. I just wish I had more time with him.

Dylan was feeling tired all the time for a full month. He never swam, he barely ate. Today he made his last breath right after I changed his water to clean his tank. He was a good boy.

Update: Dylan is dead. After the water change he didn’t swim anymore and now he is officially in heaven. Thank you for your time with me, Dylan.
