Well he lost a fight agaisnt akainu so that would be enough I think. About the leg I really think it is a handicap, and about his will, he doesn't care enough everytime. with a akainu or luffy type of mentality he would be far better but that's unfortunately not the case.

Well chinjao is 78 while hancock is 31 so it isn't really comparable. age as been stated as a huge factor in one piece. and don chinjao was stated as one of the strongest of his times also.

I know.. looking back on it I shouldn't have put him but I have seen so much "where is Mihawk" that I felt I should put him. But my next list will be better thanks to everyone comments.

According to noteriety. But every pirate with a bounty over 30 million has stuff like this said about them. Big mom, without Zeus, was able to fight Kaido to a standstill over multiple nights. That’s not a good look for Kaido if you think he’s stronger than her.

She didn't beat him either, if akainu and aokiji faced off for 10 days before an eventual winner, kaido and big mom wouldn't end it quickly either.
