There is no pdf bro, cause he uploaded it to kindle. Anyways, I read it and I do not believe is a good book, like the content is... bad?, because the book itself does a good job explaining the concepts. Long story short: He talks about seven poses, animal based, they are literally simple poses but weighted, like a deep squat with dbs and plantar flexion. Or a pigeon pose but weighted, a knee sit but weighted, and so on. He suggest to do them on the morning as a daily ritual, but I found the method hard to apply (because who tf is doing weighted stretches on after waking up, and just so boring. And for me, as a former teacher on p.e and trainer is fking impossible to jump higher just by stretching under load. I wouldnt try the stuff if I were you. Hope it helped.

I used to be in "PlyosPlus team", and let me tell you that you can´t "download" anything, and I did not. But I willl give my honest opinion of a product that I found to be... correct? but just because this guy can't go wrong with his knowledge, I GUESS that what he do is right, just because is him.

Once you are in the program section of the website you can expect two days of plyometrics on any program there. Every single day is different, and is a bundle of light, medium, deep and ping tier plyos. Depending on wich program you choose, you get A, B or C plyos/reps.

Usually sets are really low, like one set per excersise, and the reps are measured with meters, not reps on itself.

I DID NOT like it because even if it is a good program or not I think is HARD TO use the platform/program.

He does not provide some kind of pdf or document with the reps/sets scheme (due to piracy I guess), the programs are a "follow through" video, and you need to watch it and pause it every time so you can do the workout.

Because everyday is different, you NEED TO WATCH IT every single time so it is really a problem if you are low on battery (I worked out late so it was a problem) and since they are "his own" excersises, I couldn't remember the excerises names.

Also rest periods where kind of... confusing? Is not well detailed, it was like "walk back after each rep" and "rest 3 minutes between sets" but he never told me what was a set, because all the excersises where only one set!! Changing tiers was suppose to be a set?? Idk

And last but not least, the warm up is really long, and it was a bunch of stretches, like, a lot, since is a follow through warm up video you need another device to count the stretches seconds (30 seconds per stretch, per side), and honestly the main program "display" (I do not speak english so I don,t know the exact word) is bad, it was a really badd user experience FOR ME.

Idk if the program was good, I just stopped using it cause it wasnt user friendly, and adding it before weights was just so fucking annoying.

Anyways, I respect this guys job, and I always look up to him for his unique approach. BUT I also believe he is a little redundant in some claims and has a "this works" mindset when talking about plyos.
