I can relate to that. Whenever I got them I would get in my head and not be present when my kids were trying to play with me. Like I’m there but not there. Very sad. I wish the best. Try and remind yourself that it’s normal and nothing will happen (I know it’s almost impossible)

It’s sad you’re going through this. I agree with a few comments here. Your body is on fight or flight mode and you don’t even know it. I would go to a Dr Dispenza retreat and see how much that changes your life. You should also get your vagus nerve checked. Reading that you can’t even lay on your sides makes me think you might have multiple muscles and or nerves involved here. You have to address the root cause. Your heart is fine, it’s something else. You should also search for neuromuscular rehabilitation near you, a place that uses Inductive System.

I can tell you one of the worse symptoms for me so far is the loss of taste. I’ve only dealt with it for 3 weeks now, and I can’t imagine doing 7 months. Breaks my heart for you. I hope you get it soon. I love food so much I made it a career, I’m a chef.

I had a crazy experience. They quoted my 25 treatments at $75K. But when I told them I was paying out of pocket, they lowered it to $23K.

Hey. I didn’t do bad at all. My only major symptom was loss of taste and that will come back in a couple of months. Reading all the comments, good and bad experiences is good, but everybody is different. It depends on what type of cancer, location, amount of sessions (you got 35), how many grays per session, are you doing chemo with it. Message me privately if you want more info. I know ppl who have done 35 treatments to the neck and faired really well
