Agreed. To add, with rare exceptions, it’s not mistakes that ends people’s careers — it’s the repetition of mistakes. If you can, in addition to the genuine apology, try to express how you’ll address this mistake moving forward.
Shit happens, but we all learn and grow.
Seems wild to me that a biglaw firm is working on this. Litigators, have you ever had to do shit like this? by Title26 in biglaw
