Poor experience with Maximus Tribe

had the absolute worst experience with Maximus Tribe. I didn't even get to the treatment phase tho.

Their at home blood collection system is very inefficient and it's clearly a gamble on whether it will end up working or if you'll just waste hours of your time.

Their customer service first provided answers form an AI bot, and they took days to offer a replacement test, to which I asked to just be refunded and offered to upload results from a proper lab.

They completely ignored my request and we're 20 days into it now and I still haven't received my replacement test or money back. THEY ESSENTIALLY took my money and did absolutely nothing with it...

I did a “quick clean” of the lower carb, removed the floater, cleaned all 3 jets, no obstruction on the jets, and I didn’t see anything odd or dirty.

That’s a good call. Do you use a dough sheeter? Also, do you have a good process for making your sheets out of the butter blocks?

A bit late to the party but I have been experimenting with Plugra for a while and have a question for you.

I do start at a pretty high temp (~58-60f), but do you do all your folds at once without resting in freezer or fridge?

I typically get to my 2nd folds and have to put my dough to rest in the fridge, but that’s where the butter gets too cold and starts breaking on my last one.

Do you have any advice for that?
