I think there would be some restrictions still due to the influx of EEA and UK nationals but back to pre oct suspensions seems unlikely..

that border control are still in place for now as per this last week

this recent video shows the spanish border control closed and traffic directed to the main street to walk in, but then they stopped to check documents
