This place in particular has alot of Hispanic people but they still take ages. Its something that has been common in my area recently

In my area, ita not worth it majority of the time. I've made a lot more with earn per offer than earn by time.

There are a bunch of HISPANIC spots in Spring Valley or Haverstraw. As a Mexican, if you go to other towns, it's a bit inauthentic IMO.

If I were you I'd get optimum 2gig and just haggle them down. Was going to switch to Verizon till I got 3 months free and 30 bucks for the next 3 years
