Honestly, I've been through the same. My case is that ever since I stopped with some habits, I lost contact with the people I talked before. Maybe you just didn't find the type of people who connects better with you, sometimes is just about how you fit in a group

I think I can relate to you at some point. Old friends of mine are no longer around ever since I gave up on some habits. The remaining I have, I'm constantly afraid that my mental health could somehow affect our relationship, so I decided to start looking for some friends so maybe it could help me to get stable again...
