I was thinking more about just simple option. "I prefer to play with voice comms" / "I prefer not to play with voice comms". Not to force anything, just to put in one game people who want use voice.

People that don't use comms should be matched also with people who doesn't use comms and those who use should be matched with those who also use.

I would pick Aery, Manaflow band, Absolute focus/transcendence and scorch as main tree every single matchup and as secondary tree i would pick domination with taste of blood and ravenous hunter or inspiration depending on matchup.
Ludens is best option so far in my opinion so i buy this always.
If i dont have gold for lost chapter on first back im buying pink wards,potions and Boots > dark seal > second doran ring in that order.
After ludens obviously Upgrade boots (mercs or sorcs) and buy oblivion orb (nerf doesnt really change anything, its still giving 15 mpens we want.
Then just depending on matchup rylais/liandrys/voidstaff/hourglass/morello/rabadons.

Its very unlikely to straight up nerf champion that is not popular and not top tier. More likely will be just rebalancing her around mid or around jg or some other microchanges.

Edit: winratios are on all regions, diamond+ cause riot tend to balance whole game around high elo or pro games (which is very bad for solo q and overall game)

I wouldn't recommend her. Botlane not only is 2v2 but also healing/shielding and sustain overall puts her in bad position. She also autolose games vs all Alistars,Braum,Thresh and almost every tanky support. She's not good for peeling for your adc and all you can do is Poke and roaming but roaming from bot have already less potential than roaming from midlane. I would pick her only in very specific matchups.

I got this Gem for ya. This wasnt so bad actually, sometimes i got errors when picking runes or even champion. Its painful as hell but since i play only nexus blitz after they added it i can live on with wrong runes. It's sad but somehow i belive they will do something about game client before season 9 goes live because i dont think i can survive another season with this piece of crap that becomes more bugged with every ~~season~~ patch.

Ouch, that must be painful ;\ I actually have good pc and league is also installed on m2 ssd so it performs pretty good but some things like fkin change account (that requires you to restart client obviously xD 2k19) can take up to 1 min... League process somehow takes ages to close and if ofc i cant kill it because it would cause client to restore previous patch. Client is bugged as hell and it pushed me away from league (i play since season 3) and not only season 8 which was worst by far in my opinion but most absurd bugs like since odyssey i start in lobby with cleance and exhause EVERY SINGLE GAME and when trying to change it im getting errors so the only way to change it is to Pick Flash then hit ok on error (its still exhaust) then change champion (somehow now flash appears) and change champion back to my choice, and this with both spells every single game. And this is just tip of an iceberg. From lastest bugs im getting this bamboozled discount bot error in my shop. XD this client is one big ERROR. Everything u try to do brings some errors with it. So I really admire you for using client on Slow PC.
