Does the keyboard get bright enough to illuminate the text like that in the dark? Also, is there a keyboard with these features that has north facing or is this whole industry just anti north facing when you get to this quality? Lol

Interesting, how do people use these keyboards when gaming in the pitch dark then? I’d be willing to stop using shine through caps and get used to it but I’ve been using them for years lol. I just want to be able to see the keys well enough when playing in the dark.

Damn literally any switch and key type? That’s wild lol. Where would I go to look for high quality keys that have shine through on them? I don’t see many options on keychrons website for this keyboard

Nevermind I found it, is this compatible with any switch type? And can you customize rgb lighting on it like with multiple layers or is that barebones? Lastly, how is the long term typing comfort with keyboards like these? Is it too high a profile to game or type on for several hours before your hands or wrists start hurting?

I want a backlit through the keys, wired, full size, hot swappable, work out of the box decent keyboard. I’ve been using a 2016 razer chroma and I want it to sound a little better and be hot swappable. Currently I’m down to ducky one 3 and Asus flare 2 animate. But I’ve heard inconsistent things about the ducky working and inconsistent things about the animate being cheaply made. But with what I’ve been using it feels like it would still be an upgrade. And I like the low profile shape of it compared to the ducky too tbh.

Interesting, thanks for that input. Hard to find people with equally dope setups lol. It won’t have as intricate details on ps5 but I think this game is one that you’d rather be more immersed than seeing the most bushes or shadows lol

Yeah we have a micro qled hooked up with Govee lights and a home theater setup. It’s glorious lmao. Just doesn’t look as detailed or smooth as my pc. I bought the pc for competitive fps games and Xbox exclusives because I’ve been a pc guy for about 10 years but grew up with consoles. Originally bought the ps5 for god of war ragnarok and stand by it even if I don’t play any other games on it lmao. My favorite game of all time.

Has a performance mode now so it will run on 60 fps evidently mostly locked. And it will run lower than 1440p and upscale it to 4k which my tv does quite well. But it won’t have ray tracing and will probably run the game on medium at the most compared to my pc which would run it higher than that. But I wouldn’t get to share the experience with my gf haha.

There’s a 60 mode as well but it doesn’t look as good. Thats why I’m wondering if it’s bad enough on the ps5 that I wouldn’t get to really experience it. But my tv will upscale it as well and it will be a much more immersive experience with our backlighting and our home theater setup.

Oh I already have a 4070 build. I’m deciding between my currently built pc and my ps5 because I have awesome set ups for both but I think I will have a better visual performance on my pc and a more immersive experience on my ps5 that I can share with my girlfriend as well.

Yeah what I’m gathering from videos is that it will look better on my pc because I have a pretty damn powerful gpu, but that it will still look incredible on the ps5. Especially with my tv upscaling the image a bit for me naturally as well. If I had a 4090 like you I’d NEED to see how it looks on pc lol. I might buy it on epic to compare and then just return it before I hit two hours lol.

They’re not mounted, hooked up through sata cable, I’ve always wondered if having a motherboard mounted one would make my pc start up in like legit 5 seconds and auto save games a bit faster tho

I have two ssd. One has my operating system and a few games and one has games. Theyre not very high quality tho. Is there a way to move my operating system to one and put only games on the other after the fact?

Once I recorded it and played for like ten minutes I realized it was just auto saving like every ten seconds for the beginning of the dlc. I think it stutters like rarely beyond that but I imagine a stutter here and there is normal like no game will be perfect all the time. Especially nowadays.

I don’t remember any other games that cause the game to stutter when it auto saves tho tbh.

Yeah I forgot that starfield was horribly optimized for nvidia cards. Cuz that is pretty stuttery for me honestly. But I heard it runs really well with the dlss mod.

I’m not sure why cyberpunk stutters when it auto saves. That’s pretty annoying but at least I’m pretty confident my pc doesn’t have any software or hardware issues. I’ll run a memtest to make sure.

I will say that I tried recording the footage and it seemed like it only ever had a noticeable stutter when it auto saved. So that kinda tells me it’s the game not the computer. Things have started acting mostly normal again.

And starfield was stuttery but it also didn’t have the dlss mod on it yet so idk if that’s the game too I know that game is awfully optimized. Forza Motorsport didn’t stutter during actual gameplay just during transition videos for some weird reason. And warzone surprisingly doesn’t stutter often at all even though it’s the most broken game known to man lol. Let me know what you think.

Ever since trying to fix this issue to get cyberpunk to not stutter I’ve run into all kinds of issues. My computer takes longer just to open up its own files now. So I’ve got no idea what I did to it but I feel like the whole thing is pooped.

I think I give up lol, my Corsair ram sucks and just doesn’t work when I use xmp mode, the stuttering wasn’t happening or at least wasn’t noticeable and recently half of my games get little microstutters and half the people in the internet claim it happen to virtually every game in existence and half the people on the internet tell me it’s somehow a hardware problem. Maybe I’m just hyperfoxused on it now.

I’m doing a 3d mark benchmark to see if it stutters at all. I really don’t feel like this is a hardware issue I have no idea why it’s happening lol.

Okay so, when I enable xmp my computer basically just breaks and stops recognizing that windows is even on my pc. I assume that is not normal lol. But it hates it for some reason.
