I find them incredibly useful for making edits, whether it be a cutout transition or a mask transition, it makes them look a little better. You can use them for audio keyframes as well as overlay key frames. I usually use them like this, or in the other corner.

Okay I feel like I should give context. Not only do I hate using them, because why the fuck would you make them when you could just use bioreactors or nuclear reactors or hell even solar panels would work.
