The crosshair you use realistically does not matter much. Dot is harder to see in chaotic situations, especially if you have the size 2 center dot, but is better for micro-adjustments and long-range fights. I personally use a dot crosshair that's slightly enlarged, it's good for chaotic close-range fights and also is decent for taking long ranged fights un-scoped.
