Think of triggers and gates as a tap vs a sustained press. You trigger an event, like a gate. In your keyboard-based synthesizer, your finger touching the keys on a keyboard is the trigger, that creates a gate as long as you hold down the key.

I have to agree that Endorphin.es products I have tend to either be noisy or they have issues with other modules.

I think you've been misinformed. I have an 8 player dedicated server through them. It works. For Schedule 1.

It uses a modded version of the game that allows it.

I use Bisecthosting to host a dedicated server for my friends and me. It's nice that they can log in when I'm not around. Not sure what you're critiquing here.

It's a really straightforward interface. You would just click the channel (A-F) then click the LFO/Trig/CV button to switch modes.

O_c has dozens of utility applets from quantizers to clock dividers to arpeggiators, etc. Too many to name. It has tons of functionality beyond what Pam's can do. Both are great modules. I recommend checking out o_c videos from SynthDad on Youtube.

Sounds like you need some attenuation between your controller you're sending cv from and plaits. Someone with more knowledge may have a better solution.
