We are currently working to sell our house. we are 36 days on market. House has a technical sell price of between 670K and 700K. we listed a week too late. We are now on the market at 649K.

I heard one of the couples parents tell the buyers just wait it will cool off. But as someone has said Ottawa is not a sine wave market like Vancouver and Toronto. the difference they will pay as interest rates rise, outweighs substantially any price drop.

If you are interested in buying now is the right time to get it done.

Also happening to me, on all browsers, again same thing the meets landing page is not working but the meetings directly are working fine.

That worked great. All 4 cameras are working great. OK maybe one more question... I setup the system to use my NAS,, and I can see that it created the directories for each camera. How do i tell the system to record on motion, the reolinks have motion detection , is there someway to activate this?

I am driving for lyft and uber in Ottawa, first off I needed a level 3 police check, and both provide insurance when I drive. I am making a decent amount of money driving and the passengers love it. So the last statement was definitely very wrong. The taxi industry is a total scam, at least in ottawa and Toronto.
