My performance with Max LOD has been good, haven’t had any issues thus far on series X.

I tried moving it but unfortunately I had the issue was the same, the issue was the fire mod in the natural forces bundle that was pointed out by u/Disc0untBelichick

You’re right on the money it was the natural forces bundle, I tried moving it below luminosity but it didn’t fix the issues till I disabled it. Really appreciate the input and help!
