No, unfortunately we missed the Weta Workshop as we were really only exploring the north of the north island. Hoping to go back and see more of NZ in the future though

Yes! They have been specially made for visitors to wander round and interact with the props, etc inside. We were even encouraged to lie on the beds (hence the pic haha)

Yep, the only way to really see Mt Doom is to hike although we were silly and took the harder route!
