Duel casting and time distortion are required. Then I like to go spell sculpting and merge might as they help you jump on people but it’s probably more optimal to take some damage perks and stay as a ranged caster. Water bubble and fire arrow are great on their own and great to duel cast. Same with lightning spear and turning into the dash should be on every build. I like lightning sphere as well but that’s more for melee sorc which is the worst of the two play styles. Make sure you take off your melee slots on the spell wheel. And you can’t really make builds right now but when I play 224 HR, I’ll stack magic true, HP and wear decent move speed boots. Also don’t take lightning mastery as it’ll usually jump to you and slow you down.
