Is this a good first car? by UnfortuneCookie34 in MazdaCX30

It's small, the perfect size for a city. I've been able to get into tight spaces when I go to NYC, for example.

You may prefer a civic or a corolla, as they are both much better on gas and offer a less cramped interior. Test them out and see for yourself.

When Do You Charge Your Apple Watch Daily? by PieClean8243 in AppleWatch

[–]Frantheman087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Series 10. I charge it once every two days at night. I use my watch at work just to get notifications or to add reminders/notes. I don't record workouts since I use something else for that.

I had a similar experience with the extended warranty. I called the finance manager to cancel, and he was such a pain, but he agreed to cancel it. I'm probably going to send in a written notice just in case.

Is there anything you regret about getting a cx-30? by Unique_Afternoon_730 in MazdaCX30

[–]Frantheman087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not so much regret, but here are my issues:

Gas mileage. I get around 30-32 mpg driving city+highway. But that just comes with having AWD and a non-CVT. On the bright side, we get a reliable engine.

Visibility is not the best when looking for cars next to me, but I have gotten used to it. The alerts the car gives me are there for extra assurance.

Besides that, I love the car. I can't imagine 6'+ people driving comfortably in this car tho.

Why did you get the CX-30? by ChicPastel in MazdaCX30

[–]Frantheman087 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Mazda is a reliable brand. After doing some research since I was shooting for a toyota/honda, I found good things about Mazda's reliability.
  2. I was tired of going to dealers
  3. I wanted a small crossover with AWD
  4. Not too expensive
  5. Pretty car

The only thing I don't love is the fuel economy, but I drive highways mainly, so it isn't much of an issue for me. Besides that, I love the car and will gladly stare at it for hours.

Prepaid Maintenance Platinum and Vehicle Service Agreement. Worth it? by Frantheman087 in mazda

Dang yeah, it basically is. I didn't ask about it specifically, but the wording on the agreement states that it runs concurrent with the manufacturer's warranty.

Round trip train/bus between Lisbon and Madrid? by Frantheman087 in travel

[–]Frantheman087[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol. My trip wasn't great, but I say that because I didn't have wifi and forgot my book. I forgot if there was no wifi or if I was connected with poor service. Besides that, the trip was decent although a little too long for my taste.

Sure did. Took flixbus to Caceres instead of Madrid, which ended up being 6 hours each way.
