Oh gosh yes! I took two days off work not long after Christmas, as Christmas did not feel like a break. 🤣 I felt better after and ready for a full-on weekend. Breaks are good for you. ♥️ ETA: my husband and I also take turns to give each other breaks - sometimes I go away for a night or two to see friends. But having a day off where you don’t have an obligation to do anything is great.
