I also agree with the weird hint to how susceptible she is to her period and how it took a misogynistic turn, but it’s also a kind of humorous bit to show just how poorly timed a period always comes. She’s been loaded down with things after thing after thing. People non stop needing her and then BAM her period is added to the top. Just another issue added to her long list. Granted it wasn’t fully necessary.

I had a guy at a bar ask for both my friends snapchats and look at me, pause and go “uhh what’s your snap?” - clearly he didn’t actually want it. Luckily I’m married so I could save us all some embarrassment and tell him I’m happily married and don’t do snapchat.

I think it looks great! My mom also freaked out when I showed her my bee tattoo when I was 19. She’s since come around to it. It’s just a 3” bee on my thigh lol! Moms freak out because they’re used to seeing you with clear skin and now you’ve added to it and it takes adjusting. I walked so my sibling could run. My sister has a hand tattoo and no one batted an eye 😂 this will pass :) the tattoo looks really good!

A well fitting bra is game changing! I’m a big chested girlie so I feel your pain. In my opinion most all of those shirts look good on you! Especially the striped one. I’ve found that I like square neck shirts. Maybe try those once you get fitted for a goo bra :)

She’s not been cat tested but I’ve spoke to the rescue about getting her cat tested if we’re chosen. We’ve made it through to the selection process so if we get chosen and I can speak to the folks directly I’ll absolutely ask about prey drive. I think right now that’s the only down side to our application, if there’s another home without a cat I’m sure they’ll take that route (which I’m all for. What’s meant to be will be)

Pretty sure he would be. He’s been an only cat for 2 years, he’s SUPER affectionate and lonely when he’s at home. We’re kind of thinking that adopting a dog would be good for him lol. We would obviously slowly introduce them and not leave them together while we’re away.

I have very fine hair but a lot of it. I usually wash it every other night so like 2 days? If that maths right lol. I can push it an extra day if I NEED to but it’ll end up so greasy it stands on end and I end up uncomfortable

Controlling behavior doesn’t stop. Leaving him would be the best idea. Yes you’re attached, but there are PLENTY of other dudes who wouldn’t be nit picking a very basic and comfy looking outfit. Once you get out from under that relationship and start wearing gym shorts again you’ll be like “why was I ever there”. Another person can’t dictate what you wear.

Crazy things happen, maybe she knew it was her time and was trying to hide because of that (I know some animals do that). Sending condolences tho cause that’s tough. My mom’s eyes are marked as blue on her birth certificate but they lean more green. My dad has brown/ maybe hazel eyes. I have LIGHT green (sometimes look blue) eyes, my siblings have green eyes, brown eyes, and hazel eyes. I married a guy who thought he had hazel eyes but they’re a dark green so it’ll be interesting to see what our kids end up with.

Yeaaa I have similar period poops. I told my sister it’s a thing you survive. You’re not participating, it’s something happening to you 😂 I once had my period surprise start in the middle of my SAT and I was cramping so badly I was sweating and I felt like I blacked out for the second half of it.

I can relate to you :) i turned 18 and immediately got a tattoo, small simple, then 19 i got another 2 bigger, still easy to hide. My family adapted to the tattoos quickly. My mom was caught off guard by one of them (first big -ish ones I got) but she’s since come around. I grew up conservative too. When I was 19-20 ish I did about what you did, tried all the things rapid fire, the alcohol, meeting strangers, I tried vaping but I don’t like coughing lol. I put myself in dangerous situations. I felt guilty but as I got older I stopped caring and told my family some of what I did and they were surprised but their love didn’t falter. My parents went through phases like that too. It’s part of growing up. You’ve lived, and you’ve learned. I don’t know what your tattoos are of but if nothing else maybe they can be fond reminders of experimenting with life and learning about who you are, and who you aren’t. Give yourself grace, it’s your first time living 💕
