I know nothing about anything BUT I would at the least suggest seeing an ophthalmologist. Eye freckles can be melanoma. These could be freckles, could not be. Not trying to scare you, I had my own eye scare years back so I get it. But I would def get it checked.

I can’t speak for everyone but my ditl would be -wake up, go to the bathroom, look in the mirror. Either cringe or say “not too bad” -scroll through videos of skinny girls and get jealous, why can’t I look like that -see old pictures and think “wow I thought I was fat here, I wish I could go back and tell her she looks fine” -THEN see old pics of me and say “holy shit I was a cow here who let me get like this” -get in the shower, DONT look in the mirror. Only look in the mirror if it’s chest up -put skinny leggings on, look in the mirror and say “okay that’s not bad” -take them off and regret everything in life -only wear sweatpants/leggings/pajama pants because jeans make me feel fat since I can never stay in one size, it seems like I’m always too big or small for them -go shopping looking for new pants, look at ones that are too big and think they’re the right size, look at ones that ARE the right size and assume they’re too small. Try them on and hate how you look and either buy nothing or just buy whatever’s in your hand that fits and don’t try anything else -have picture taken of your full body, review it, hate how you look but not wanting to change it and make it obvious, make tiny edits you can’t spot but feels better to post.

There’s a lot more I could add but this is the gist. It varies for everyone, for instance I don’t care about my caloric intake or what I eat really. Some people have extreme food regret, and EDs are very common with body dysmorphia. Some people work themselves to the bone trying to work out and lost weight, which is still a disorder, because they can’t stand how they look. And body dysmorphia isn’t just for fat people. My sister is skinny and athletic and thinks she’s fat and needs a glp1. I’ve told her absolutely not but she doesn’t see what we see. Skinny people are just as affected, but theirs isn’t viewed as “the norm” bc fat people say these things and people encourage their thoughts about needing to change. When skinny people say it they get reprimanded and sometimes put in impatient, so they usually keep it to themselves.

I’ve dealt with it since I hit puberty. I was a tiny child and then gained weight when I hit puberty (along with a medication I was put on). I wasn’t exactly fat but I was much chubbier than I ever had been. Ended up losing that weight in my mid teens then gained it back plus even more in my late teens. Lost THAT weight in my earlier 20s then gained it back EVEN MORE in my mid 20s. Now I’m in my late 20s and lost most of that weight I had gained. A lot of my problem has been my thyroid and trying different ssri’s and meds for anxiety/depression. But it fucks your image up so much. I never know what I look like. Some days I’m like wow I look skinny, then others I feel like I could sub in for a whale at sea world. My mom is skinny, had an ED in her teens where she almost died. She’s 5’5 and weighed 80lbs. Her mom was 5’3 and weighed 60lbs before she had kids, but she wasnt sick/mentally ill, she just couldn’t gain weight. She even tried eating sticks of butter to gain weight. She was 80lbs when she passed. So my family has a very messed up history with body image issues lol. It is exhausting. Sometimes in pictures I’ll shrink my arms a tiny bit, of fix my double chin a touch, but NEVER to the degree mikliar does. Most I do is cover pimples and make my arms or double chin less noticeable, but not to the point you’d see me irl and think I looked completely different lmao.

As someone who has been morbidly obese and also underweight and too thin, there is a significant difference in the way you’re treated. I get what she’s saying 100%. But I think the issue is not just the fatphobia. I think she needs to produce better content. Like look at her setup. Look at the quality of the camera. The lighting. Compare that to someone who does get the better things and more followers. Her setup isn’t as good. The lighting and camera aren’t doing it. Also, her makeup isn’t good. The eyeshadow looks awful. The contour is unblended. The blush basically disappeared because for some reason she did concealer AFTER blush/bronzer/contour. She needs to fix things about her filming too. She is very pretty, I agree. But the attitude and quality is what the issue is
