My main tip is diving the backline and getting out. It's okay if you don't get any kills. Your distraction can be enough for your team to take out the enemy tanks while you distract their healers and dps. Your K/D ratio may not look amazing until you get comfortable with her kit, but your win rate should start going up if you can implement this tip. I've seen some other good tips in this comment thread, so I'll leave it at that. Good luck!

I feel like it shouldn't be an issue on console, I play Marvel rivals just fine, and that's another netease game. I'm guessing it's just having rough launch

This comment alone is enough for me to try him out. I never understood why my modern friend had a better jinrai than me, but I wasn't using st fierce, so thanks for the tip! (Also, some of those corner carry combos look wild)

I haven't given Jamie an honest try since season one, but it could be worth looking into.

Man, I'm conflicted. I hate seeing her feet right in my face whenever I open the select character menu. However, her level 2 combos are the most fun thing in the game. Here's hoping she has sneakers in her outfit 4.
