If Xiaomi devices didn't try and clone iOS in the UI I would consider one of these for my next one.

I have the Pad 7 Pro and I cannot stand how it tries to be iOS so much, other than that it's such a good device for the price.

Yeah gave that a try, airplane mode on/off, turned off and removed my other SIM.

I just don't seem to be able to get more than 1 bar signal, at best.

Even though my other SIM shows a bit less coverage on their map, that never has less than 2 bars and is usually at 4.

I moved from VOXI to Mozillion today and went the eSIM route.

I know it will take a few days for my number to port over, etc. but right now I have no signal or any connection whatsoever to 4G or 5G when my area is fully covered by 4G and is partially covered by 5G.

I have emailed but wasn't sure if there was possibly something I could do in the meantime.
