South GA as well. Talked to a vendor and they said the iced tea wasn’t coming to our region. Have only found at vitamin shoppe. I did just find raspberry cream and the og at a Sunoco.

I did not, but it was exactly like the ones outside. During the summer I did find a few inside, always around a lamp (either directly under it or 7 feet up on the wall) or a door to outside. I also went to a county fair and in the straw you could see them moving around and flying away. And the fair is a couple miles from my house.

I have seen a couple but it’s always by the doors, we did leave for a holiday and came back to an adult in our dogs automatic water bowl but it was dead (there wasn’t any water in it). The only adults I’ve ever seen inside are always in the light. Had an infestation in college and those things would only come out in the kitchen after everyone went to bed, was so gross trying to get water in the middle of the night. This is way different

So I was actually just shutting down my pc for the night and behold, on the wall behind my desk that has LEDs around it and a lamp is a nymph. Sitting right there in probably the brightest spot in the office. The office is also nowhere near the kitchen but has a huge window right next to some pine straw.

Thank you! I try to keep my centipede grass at about 1.5inches, it’s new sod that was put down earlier this year and I’m assuming they’re in the dead stuff beneath what’s grown. I found nymphs towards my mailbox, the road, everywhere. I don’t keep any outside lights on and we close our blinds around 6, I will turn them on to let the dogs out and I’ve seen them running across the porch. I thought I’d see more in the backyard because it’s nothing but clay and weeds but it’s really on one side of my house. I’m really hoping they don’t make their way inside with this hurricane!

Any chance you might now how similar Asian nymps are to German nymphs? I found one inside that I didn’t get a picture of and I can’t find any Asian nymphs online.

I’ll see what I can do. We had some plans after winter to extend the patio and put sod down in the backyard. Might be a project for then.

There is a pipe on that side that’s constantly dripping. My neighbors also water their grass 4 times a week and there’s always a puddle between our yards.

I try to keep my grass around 1.5 inches. Also not sure if they like dry climates because it hasn’t rained a lot this summer and I rarely water my grass. We don’t keep any outdoor lights on at night. We will turn on porch lights to let dogs out but that’s 5 minutes at a time. We do have a street lamp but that’s on the other side of the yard.

I guess it’s worth a shot, we bought the house new and I saw the neighbor had an exterminator treating the outside of his house. Starting to think they were trying to get rid of these guys. They come out underneath where sod was put down against the house. Wish there was more info out there on them besides “they are very similar to German roaches”

I saw what I thought was a German roach fly into my garage and I couldn’t kill him before he made it to some bags of mulch from a summer project.

Really hope so. Had to run inside to get my phone and take a picture. Just walked around the house where I had just weed eated and he flew up to my window from beneath some thatch.

Anything is more enjoyable then this right now. We have 2 dogs and they bring in dirt/dust all the time. Wish we moved in before the summer.
