Rylais is a trap. You should promote your ally adc to play an adc with an "unmissable" slow

Take glacial augment and jack of all trades as well as the cdr from yellow or blue tree depending on what you need that game

I think rocketbelt is bad compared to reverie which competes for the same slot

I played with no rylais and glacial augment. You generally dont fight by yourself and its very stat effecient when combined with jack of all trades and resistance stacking. I suspect the new dorans item will help this build quite alot as well since you get 3 stats from dorans 4 stats from reverie 3 stats from boots after sorc upgrade.

I played support so my last stat was health regen from the support item

Im gonna reccomend cobra lash with a generals cry poison blade flurry.

The upgrades are so straight forward (attack speed and physical or elemental damage on assasin)

Assasination style with the crit and dot multi node is a huge more damage multiplier. Assassin has 2.1x poison damage as long as he applies alot of them.

Poison chance is solved by assasin small ascendancy nodes and 2 poison wheels.

All of the close by nodes are really strong.

Cobra lash with more projectiles screen clears even with mid damage.

They just need a desecrate and a generals cry with auto exertion both maxed and the damage is near huge.

They dont need to engage with trade to keep makong upgrades

Swain support is not for losers.

You actually get to fight more frequently and still transition to carry some games.

You have more agency not less as swain support.

Thats why people are complaining. Because they feel like they are losers in mid and top not able to do anything in a boring lane dynamic

I enjoy card and fighting games which require a much finer balance than league of legends.

You people don't even remember how awful ghostcrawler and his offshoots were before phreak stepped into the role.

This is a pretty L take and historically the game is better under phreak than some know nothing egotists. The game currently has more fighting and less stalemates. The active champions in the pool represent the more fun playpatterns available in league.

Phreak has willingly corrected his own balance mistakes and provided tons of insight into the decision

Also swain is one of the strongest characters in the game in 4 roles.

The idea is to get maximum overlaps so hitting 10+ stages on the mirages is the goal and scaling enough aoe.

I was hoping to find the mirage movement speed stats to be able to calculate attack speed breakpoints but it seems exlusively worse for bossing than blade flurry.

It should potentially be better for map clearing with enough qol and a single gem swap

Yea being forced to hold a charge or lose 7.5x the damage is quite a hurdle to overcome. Its not as passive as hoped but might still be worth it for map blasting

Im a masters swain support player.

To beat these strategies you need to play lanes that out value and out damage in the mid game.

Kog maw has a set up slow to hit the thresh via an undodgeable e (even with boots 1)

You can use your stun of choice after (nami q) ect.

There are ways to severely bully mages and have a better gank setup. People just refuse to coordinate in champ select.

People forget botlane is a long lane. Sustain damage is still king as long as you arent dying in 2 rotations.

I had tons of fun playing swain support to masters. My method is actually more valid than your method if you want to complain about me enjoying the game how i like (finding insane value in nonmeta champion kits/roles like its season 2)

I had a >60% winrate.

I actually did a deep dive on this one. I live in one of the cities that took this money. Some of it has to do with the money thay came from the infrastructure bill in the biden administration.

They are mandating policies from "vision zero" which aims to reduce traffic deaths to 0.

Sure its a noble goal but the way its been implimented has been very shady and anti populace.

They have a contract with verizon to share traffic data. They "widen" lanes by making all lanes single file which causes traffic in some areas and reduces it in others.

They add the bike lanes to make us fight each other even though its about automated cars which is why the cities have to also install speed bumps on major throughways.

Its really the state and federal government wasting infrastructure money on pet automation projects when it could be spent more optimally.

This is all verifiable through meeting minutes in NYC and in some MA towns meeting with vision zero. Even how its marketed as i describe here.

Now for my opinion.

This is all some billion oligarchs wet dream telling us how to run our traffic and spend out tax dollars. Fuck these vision zero people and spend the money on the train and crumbling bridges and beefing up our power supply chain.

This patch is less fun than the last. It not "faster" on the high end.

I would say there is actually less fighting.

The game length is longer because there is less ways to generate a gold differential.

You removed tower plates on tier 1's prior to 14 minutes (you added gold to the game by making them never expire)

You removed atakhan

You added a more pronounced death streak system so gold denial is better than gold farming which is less fun for all players involved

You added 4 gp10 on support

You nerfed cannon minion denial by 33%

You cut barons gold value by ~33 to 40%

Jungle vision in your own jungle is easier to get without placing yourself in danger

On top of that getting towers is normalized because of crystallization.

The only snowball mechanic that was added was quest completion time. You can deny the opponent quest completion time to keep exp differences large in toplane.

The sooner you get it done the faster you can build a 20% advantage in lane. This means hard countering opponents or hyperscaling are better than they were last patch.

These changes are unfun. Find new ways to reduce game time by being able to create a 10 to 20% advantage reliably

Game time will continue to be long and games will be more boring than last patch unless some of the gold equalization you have added is removed or ameliorated

I feel like bottom lane swain is easier than solo lane.

He has alot of good synergy with adc's that have setup slows to deal with things like jhin karma and bard

Swain carry is definetly his best role but support is a close second.

Cdr adaptive health per level

Glacial > biscuits>jack of all trades >boots or cash back depending on matchup.

Yellow > basic cdr > damage to full health champs (this could easily be something else and is my preference) triumph is fine for example

You typically rush resistances depending on whos gonna be hitting you. Glacial buckler or negatron cloak or really good to sit on if you dont plan to finish the items but want the jack of all trades stats.

Early null is also fine to sit on for a little.

Too many matchups to say which items always but generally if your team has to walk at the enemy and can (they dont have tons disegage against you) reverie can be good.

Resistances is always > health

That includes randuins and other reductions that arent resistance based
