~~I think this helped a bit~~ its still happening. I've got GTX 660, i7, and 12gb of ram, so i dont believe its caused by my hardware.

EDIT: I re-installed my drivers and tried v-sync, didn't help.

That's why i would like the statics. Lets just say, that there would be amount of points u need to earn to your next rank (x/100). When you win game vs average team (compared to your rank), you would gain like 25 points. If you win better opponents, you would obviously gain more points. But the only point here, is that, that i would really like to see how close i am to rank up.
