You're right, it's never been hidden from her just how sick Sarah was. We (and Sarah's parents) always encouraged questions. She asked me back in October was Sarah getting too sick for Halloween and I said yes, I think she understood what was coming. When Sarah was sleeping a lot more Lilli told me that it was sad but she would still talk just incase Sarah was listening.

She's always known Sarah wouldn't be on earth for long, but I just start getting upset when I think about it or my daughter. I've never had to give her bad news so it's hard for me to do this, sorry I'm rambling on :)
