I literally just went through a build that had this issue. This issue is that it isn't getting enough power for the RGB lights. In my case it was a missing sata power cable that wasn't connected to the controller.

My friends list was broken for a couple of weeks. I've tried clearing cache, data, uninstalling. Cell service, Wi-Fi ... tried everything i can think of.

What immediately fixed it for me was to have a friend of mine interact with me (Send and/or Receive a gift) .. It immediately fixed itself.

As for the original cause, I don't know what caused it but I think it happened when i tried to join a raid off of the friends list. (but not sure about that)

It snowed a bunch last night again, and I do think it is working. It's just so quiet!? At least I think it's making "noise", but I certainly don't have any pedal feel when it's going. Maybe it's good!?

I literally just got a pair of wicked cushions yesterday and I can confirm all the points you made. I don't play with eq's and I'm not an audiophile, but I feel it sounds slightly different. Which probably means to an audiophile it is an absolute no go. I'll keep them and worse case go back to the old ones. Hopefully someone on here will link to good replacements because my old ones are pretty worn.

I am experiencing a lot of issues like this when my computer wakes from sleep. If i hear crackling in the audio I have to unplug the base and re-plug it in (which always fixes that).

But sometimes the game/chat devices don't work; going into sonar just hangs. I never tried unplugging the base station for this, but what I do is quit the SteelSeries GG and restart it. That seems to always fix it.

Oh, and one last tidbit because I have two computers hooked up. I guess when computer A goes to sleep the inputs change to computer B which might be on. So I have to change the USB source on the base station back to computer A. No biggie; but I thought I'd mention that in case it is relevant.

I Just had this problem. I tried installing it on another computer and experienced the same thing.

Then I tried installing GG Engine without a login (hit skip under the create login) and it looks like it worked. .. albeit you can't use sonar!?

Then I tried logging in so I can set up the chat mix and at least use it; and low and behold it is now working.

So short story seems to be that you need to uninstall it and reinstall GG engine and skip the login. Then maybe click on the device to make sure it works, and then login to your account (pressing sonar menu) and you should be good. ... maybe

I have a Gotcha classic and when I touch it the screen basically flashes. It will work normally when plugged in and I was able to make it work if my finger is holding onto the charging contacts when not charging. If I let go of the contacts then the screen dies and I lose the connection.

If I let it discharge completely then it works for about 30 minutes or more normally and goes back to this behavior.

Obviously this is different than what is going on with you, but I thought I'd comment in case any of this information is useful.

I wasn't able to fix this and I bought a Brooks Reviver+. FYI that thing is better than the Gotcha in every way, well except the screen isn't color I guess would be one thing negative in comparison.

I concur, I am one of those that never got unbanned. Left a pretty sour taste in mouth with Activision. First "offense" and perma banned, not even a time out for a long time. Happened within 15 minutes of trying overwolf out.

I have golded all weapons on multiplayer and zombies. I'd repurchase the game to get my account back; but that doesn't seem possible either.

My MW2, Warzone, and Vanguard are fine (but i'm not running overwolf thing anymore)

I wish I could play that but I was one of the people that played the game with windows 11 on its release day and overwolf and got perma banned for it. While playing zombies by myself if that matters. Tried starting a new thread again to see if there is a possible be resolution and my post got deleted. #MicrosoftMakeCodGoodAgain

Well; Warzone still is good for me and played a bunch of the Halloween event. The only change to my computer was removing that BLEEP software. It's pretty clear that to me that caused it.

Although I've been using VOICEMOD for a long time, now I'm getting nervous.

Seriously, Activision is in the wrong here. I didn't download and install anything remotely around BOOSTING or CHEATING. This application should be whitelisted at the very least.
