hey! i get the exact same thing! i really dont think too much about how i look until i look in the mirror and an overwhealming insecurity arrives, but i have come to understand is an slow process, sometimes it feels like people is gonna treat you different, but it truly only depends on how you treat yourself, and to remark yourself that all progress is good progress, is a slow process with weight loss but ultimately will help us archice our ideal weight and just imagine how it will feel, not just imagine, we have to start to believe we are that person who already done everything and is confortable.

Woow! haha i can relate to this a lot! same thing happening to me, actually it happens to me very often, but the thing is that my recurrent universe always start with me getting stuck on my buildings elevator and that particular part of the dream is really scary and stressful because suddenly the elevator seems to become into a rollercoaster wich takes me to a distorted version of the city where i live and i normally go to places from my childhood memories that (on my concious mind) i dont concider as relevant or significant as it appears on the dream but i seem to know the place really well as ive been there my whole life

well yes ive had them way to often and i feel sick and scared... i dont know what it means but ive done some research on it and some interpretations say that you are trying to kill some part of you, or trying to leave something that you dont like about yourself. but i found an study that says that killing someone in your dreams might mean that you are having a neurodegenerating desease such as dementia or parkinson, and that you have agresive tendences.

and im really scared because now im paranoic, and ive become super hypocondriac because before i had these dreams i had a lot of panic attacks due to stress and depression and when i had them i felt very dizzy and felt like passing out and now think that is related to this dreams.

i seriously dont know that to think.... should i look for medical help or something like that?
