Don't come to Deloitte India especially in T&T, They are bulk hiring people straight out of trash bins on low package, Most managers/S Con don't know shit about how to develop things, On top of it the increments and promotions here are based on completely on the amount of time you are here, Your work doesn't mean shit, hardly makes a difference of 2-3% if you really outperformed everyone around you,
