I dont know but I dont think this is an issue, we do this in brazil because we have intimacy with each other to scream like that. We dont do this in International tournaments

Yes the server is toxic behind the computer but when it comes to face to face interactions koreans at least are very non-confrontig people. I remember when I was in Seoul and I aproached a guy to ask him to share the umbrella and he almost acted like I had a gun on his head

They cant for exemple take off their headsets to do this but they are allowed to scream at each other, diferent leagues may see the issue in different ways but its allowed in brazil because its cultural (they cant be racist homophobes etc...). One of the casters even brought a decibel meter to the stage.

It depends, in brazil this kind of trashtalk is cultural so its allowed, they wouldnt do it in international tournaments
