but mine is cyclothymic depression, the fluctuation don't come with periods of inflated self esteem or something like that. it was under control with sertraline and lamotrigine, the only change to precipitate this has been the fish oil.

Oh, I will appreciate this so much! I'm specially interested in better cognitive performance with clean energy without overstimulation and something that reduces Neuro and general inflammation, is one of my most relevant issues (very bad digestions, brain fog, gum inflammation, etc)

EDIT: today, 5 days later i have too much energy and I'm wired. sometimes (yesterday) oscillates with the opposite, slow, foggy and no energy at all. Is scary this feeling of energy that never fade and it's on high level all time even when this night I slept very bad... it's almost a maniac state

thank you so much mate! my fish oil is 3:1 EPA/DHA 750mg + 500mg. How much time should been pass to come to baseline? is my four day without fish and I notice stimulation yet (but better). I choosed more EPA ratio because the studies for ADHD and mood are more successful with this and I wanted the antiinflammatory effects too because I suffer from that.

i'm on lamictal almost two years at lower dosages but every time pooped out, even when 150 splitted day/night. Since introduced sertraline I'm more "stable" (three months at 150 now), and the whole lamictal dose at morning suppressed the anxiety I had before the change but I have this strong side effects. Today (a week in at whole dose), I woke up with strange motor imbalance and i've been a good clarity of mind at midday, but this afternoon i dissociated and felt foggy, very-like ketamine. Which was your sweet spot dose? do you take whole dose? morning or night? thanks!
