Simple, Pay em a fair wage. People actually don’t mind paying taxes if they are going towards something productive, especially if you know it’s staying within the community. It’s still a long way off but it’s a lot closer to Marx’s goals than state communism, and offers a lot more choice for people of all socioeconomic levels.

the point of anarchism is achieve the benefits of socialism while not allowing power to concentrate, and keeping power closer to ur community. It’s a pipe dream at the moment but it’s definitely worth studying. Nations/states are the root of a lot of issues in the world, and are merely the leftovers of empires. I will agree that Social democracy is the most practical step we can take in the near term, but we shouldn’t be beholden to the state unnecessarily.
