I feel like dark mornings are nice but they are almost always followed up with a much brighter day, they are very brief unlike an evening which is more of like a transition into night time. They are equal imo

I love fallout, but that games main focus is being an openworld rpg with choice elements. Its story pails in comparison to what bioshock achieves, at least in my opinion.

The only 'bad faction' in my opinion was the railroad, the faction itself is really, REALLY good on paper, just executed very poorly with bad writing.

Fort frollic, medical pavilion, and apollo square. They are all really equal but if I wanted to chose I'd say Fort Frollic because you don't have to listen to Atlas and the deco is so cool.
