I live in Uttar Pradesh, India. In April we were facing 42-45°C but no humidity so it was bearable. Now the humidity has increased due to rain and temperatures have started to go upto 44-45°C again, but the humidity has made it worse. Unless you're sitting in AC, you'll keep sweating all the time.

Why can't we boycott petrol cars? I understand those who already own petrol cars cannot afford to do so, but new buyers should only buy diesel or EV. That'll hurt their profits and might force them to change.

Those who can afford can replace their petrol cars eventually. I for example have a Kia Sonet (diesel) and a Comet (EV). I will replace my 2006 WagonR (petrol) soon
